Return Policy
At Chapter and Charm, we want you to love your experience with our book and wine gift boxes. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If any item in your gift box arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping.
Unwanted Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for perishable items such as wine, nor for opened or used books. However, if you have a change of heart about a non-perishable item, you may return it for a refund if it remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate this process.
Personalised Items: Items that have been customised or personalised are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
