Delivery Information

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Every Chapter & Charm box is prepared and packed with care before being dispatched.

Order preparation

Please allow 2–4 working days for us to prepare your order. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched.

Non-alcohol deliveries

Our standard Evri delivery service costs £4.99. Delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch, although this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Boxes containing alcohol

Orders containing alcohol are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Age Verification. The delivery charge is £6.53.

The parcel must be accepted by someone aged 18 or over. Royal Mail operates a Challenge 25 policy, so the recipient may be asked to show valid photographic identification, such as a passport or driving licence.

Please ensure that an adult is available to receive the parcel. Age-verified parcels cannot be handed to anyone under 18.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied with your order after dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address and postcode are correct before completing your purchase. Chapter & Charm cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Delays

Courier delays can occasionally occur because of severe weather, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us through our website and we will help investigate it.
